Can prescriptions be sent to my local pharmacy?

Yes. Most prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

Controlled Substances are medications with a higher potential for abuse or misuse. Examples include: Adderall, Ritalin, and certain benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin).

Do you prescribe Controlled Substances?

Yes. When clinically appropriate, controlled substances may be prescribed. These medications can be highly effective for conditions like ADHD when used responsibly under medical supervision

What are your areas of specialization?

  • Comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluation
  • Diagnosis and treatment of Major Depression, using both medication and non-medication approaches (e.g., sleep, exercise, supplements)
  • Diagnosis and treatment of Adult ADHD (Dr. Storch is a member of the American Professional Society of ADHD & Related Disorders)
  • Selective psychotherapy for individuals without an existing therapist
  • Treatment of addiction, including outpatient use of buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol)
  •  Full evaluation includes medical history, symptom timeline, psychosocial background, family history, risk assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning

How often would I need to be seen?

Visit frequency depends on clinical needs. Typically, a follow-up is scheduled 2–4 weeks after the initial visit. Over time, stable patients may only need to be seen a few times per year, or may complete treatment once goals are met.

Are your services reimbursable by insurance?

Yes, for patients with out-of-network coverage. After payment, we can provide a claim form for submission. Reimbursement depends on your insurer, plan details, and whether your deductible has been met. We’re happy to help guide you further on claims’ submission.
